These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thepilotvault.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by TEESWEB UK LTD, trading as Pilot Vault ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07809440). By accessing the Site or submitting a form you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Pilot Vault is a product in active development. The Site currently provides information about the product and the ability to join a waitlist. Features described are indicative, may change, and are not guaranteed to be released.
Pilot Vault is a personal knowledge and career platform. It is not an operational flight-planning or navigation tool and must never be relied upon for operational decisions. Always refer to your official company documentation, approved EFB systems and current operational material.
Joining the waitlist or contacting us allows us to send you relevant updates about Pilot Vault. You can unsubscribe at any time. We are not liable for any reliance you place on the timing of, or content within, pre-release communications.
All content on the Site — including text, branding, logos, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to Pilot Vault and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written permission.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our email delivery provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
